TW Senders is a family-owned business established in 1972. For more than three decades, we’ve been the Twin Cities first choice for wholesale reupholstery of fine residential furniture, custom built furniture, and custom draperies, window treatments and bedding.

Terry Sender & his sons are 3rd generation upholsterers & furniture builders. They take pride in their craftsmanship & quality control. They understand the importance of timely delivery of your projects.

The business has grown dramatically since the introduction of our window treatment & bedding workroom. We are fortunate to have brought in Mary Powers, a 20 year veteran in the wholesale drapery, window treatment & bedding industry. Mary has allowed TW Sender’s to spring forth as an experienced drapery & bedding workroom, fabricating high quality window treatments using your designs & fabrics or our experts will guide you in choosing the perfect design & fabric for your client’s home.

Our three on-site workrooms let you oversee your reupholstery projects, custom-built furniture needs, window treatment and bedding jobs under one roof. We stand by our quality craftsmanship and our pledge to simplify the jobs of Interior Designers in Minneapolis and St. Paul and surrounding areas.

Gina Mejia and Crystal Keenum have been in the industry combined for over 40 years.  We are mother and daughter and work very  well together.  We are so excited for the opportunity to keep TW Senders going while Terry and Sue can retire with ease. They have built an amazing foundation and we are so excited to continue to work with their employees.  

Mariana is the other lady in the photo and a very important lady.  She got us started as she herself had a total of 50 years in the industry alone.  She passed May 2021, but we learned so much from her to keep upholstery and sewing alive and well.  We are forever grateful for her teachings and continue to her legacy as second and third generations.
